Anthony applies design & strategy to identify, highlight then resolve business & customer problems.
OR another approach her takes is to apply creative talent to realise future states and fresh ideas.
As an early adopter, proponent & advocate of UX Design – Anthony has been professionally designing, researching and strategising since the late 90s’ and has worked globally with many different agencies and consultancies to bring to life the Design Experience.
How is UX design applied in practice?
Anthony joins Omnia from RAKBANK where he was the bank’s Design & Strategy Leader, setting up and laying foundations for the bank’s first ever design & innovation team.
In doing so he introduced the Bank to many customer-focussed firsts:
– strategic, critical and design thinking
– end-user research activities (primary, qual & quant)
– insights informed decision making
– accessibility compliance, holistic design system (RUBIK)
– DevOps/CRO/Product Design practices.
– analytic tools along with analysis & reporting, lean & agile integration.
Anthony initiated their recent Digital Banking Platform refresh, straight-through application processing for Account Opening, Credit Cards & Personal Loans, Skiply School Payments & RAKFoodie.
Anthony has also successfully crafted, created, and delivered many complex and wide-reaching solutions for leading regional & multinational clients, Adobe, Carlsberg Group, Channel 4 (4oD/All4), Jaguar Landrover, Sainsbury’s, First Direct, UniQlo, Aedas Architects, indy100.com, Manulife, FWD, Pernod Ricard and UBS, to name a few!
