Omnia picks up three awards at Sitecore DX Partner Event

Today, Omnia were honoured to receive two awards for Excellence in Solution Delivery and Business Excellence at the Sitecore DX Partner Connect event.

The Sitecore Awards recognize Sitecore partners who have transformed their customers’ organizations in innovative and impactful ways. It showcases the top performers who have excelled in helping customers deliver exceptional digital experiences using Sitecore solutions.

We also scooped the award for Most Innovative Global Event Experience for COP28 UAE.

As a Sitecore Platinum Partner Adam Booth, Omnia’s Group Managing Director, and Jamie Graham, Omnia’s Director of Digital Transformation & Consulting, were on stage to tell the story of a high-pressure, high-stakes project to bring COP28’s digital presence into being before the mammoth four-week climate change event.

The project itself was constantly evolving, with new features, considerations, and tasks being added to the mix in the run-up to the largest climate change event on earth. 

The end result was a security-hardened, 170+ page website hosted locally on Microsoft Azure’s UAE North Cloud. The website even boasted a low-carbon toggle, which drastically reduced the loading of images without impacting the user experience. A first for COP and hopefully the direction of digital strategies to come.
